Having a reliable courier service, which guarantees a safe and insured collection, delivery and return of any picture is of paramount importance to our business. We can make all the arrangements for you through our courier service. With a door to door collection and return delivery service we can also package your treasured paintings to reduce the risk of damage in transit to a minimum.
Any request to use our door to door art courier service will only require the completion of a brief questionnaire online or by telephone in order to provide an accurate price quotation before collection. From the moment our courier service collects your picture until the time that it is returned to you in its restored condition, it will be fully insured by our comprehensive insurance. Whilst the painting is with us and during its return journey to you we will guarantee its safety and it will be handled with the greatest of care.
Wherever you live in the UK we can collect pictures of any size and shape and in any condition. Security and safety during transfer are very important to us and if you wish our couriers to do so they will package your picture or pictures at your collection address to ensure they are not damaged during transfer to our restoration studios.
Once your picture leaves your collection address it will be covered by our insurance until it is returned to you after restoration. Signed receipts will be arranged on collection and return and costs of transport provided before collection.
